We are thrilled to share exciting progress on the Stand Tall Ukraine Global Grant, supporting critical work in Lviv! After significant behind-the-scenes work to launch and complete key portions of the application, we are happy to report that the grant has officially met—and exceeded—its $75,000 funding goal!
There are still a few remaining steps to finalize project details including timelines, implementation plans, partners, and success measures before submission, but the team will be carefully reviewing everything to ensure it is strong and complete.
The team is also actively coordinating with other Rotary clubs to ensure any excess club contributions are properly allocated—especially since Huntington Beach Rotary contributions above $10,000 will not be matched. Under the district’s updated rules, HB Rotary is also eligible for an incredible 2x District match, maximizing the impact of every dollar given.
